One Company · Two Divisions & a Research Track

Ætheris Divisions

Ætheris Automation Technologies runs two engineering divisions and a simulation-research track on one shared spine: privacy-first sensing, event-based data, traceable logic, and a human in the loop on every consequential decision.

DIVISION 01

VALKYRIE

Corridor Intelligence Platform

VALKYRIE is the roadside sensing-to-response network. It detects vehicles departing the roadway, alerts emergency services within seconds, and warns drivers of wildlife entering the corridor. One network, two missions — human life first, then protecting the animals that share the road. Built privacy-first: no raw footage leaves the device, and every escalation is verified before it is acted on.

Edge Sensing

Roadside nodes fuse thermal, radar, LiDAR and seismic signals to detect departures and hazards at the edge.

Verify & Command

Events are confirmed before escalation, then routed by an autonomous corridor command hub.

Respond

Real-time alerts reach vehicles, DOTs, and emergency services the moment an event is confirmed.

DIVISION 02

WATCHTOWER

Evidence & Automation Platform

WATCHTOWER is the Ætheris operating system — the platform that turns video, transcripts, and field data into timestamped, auditable evidence, and runs the company's local-first automation, finance, and operational command. Processing happens locally by default, the logic behind every output is traceable, and a person stays in the loop. No surveillance, no metered cloud ingestion, no black boxes.

Evidence Engine

Video and documents become transcripts, frames, and timestamped findings you can audit line by line.

Local-First

Ingestion and analysis run on local infrastructure — event-based capture, no usage-metered API calls.

Operational Command

Finance, readiness telemetry, and workflow oversight in one governed, human-in-the-loop console.

RESEARCH TRACK

FORGE

Simulation Research

FORGE validates corridor-safety detection in simulation before anything reaches a real road. It uses BeamNG.tech® to generate roadway-departure and wildlife scenarios with sensor ground truth, studying detection reliability safely and at scale. A research effort actively seeking funding — not a deployed product.

Simulation

Soft-body physics scenarios across road types, weather, and lighting in BeamNG.tech®.

Sensor Ground Truth

Camera, Lidar, IMU and ultrasonic data with labelled events to measure detection.

Funding

Academic origin, now seeking research funding toward a properly licensed development phase.

BeamNG.drive® and BeamNG.tech® are registered trademarks of BeamNG GmbH. Ætheris is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by BeamNG GmbH.

One Shared Spine

Privacy by Design

Raw data stays local; only events and findings move.

Event-Based

Systems act on confirmed events, not continuous monitoring.

Traceable Logic

Every output links back to the evidence behind it.

Human in the Loop

People stay in control of every consequential decision.
