About the Company

Company snapshot

Short boilerplate

Ætheris Automation Technologies LLC is a Tyler, Texas company building corridor-safety intelligence — a roadside sensing-to-response network that detects roadway-departure crashes and wildlife hazards, verifies them, and alerts emergency services and drivers in seconds. Human life first, then the wildlife that shares the road.

Long boilerplate

Founded in 2026 in Tyler, Texas, Ætheris Automation Technologies builds privacy-first, event-based safety systems for the American roadway corridor. Its field platform, VALKYRIE, is a Corridor Intelligence Platform of 24 subsystems that detects vehicles leaving the roadway, confirms the event before acting, dispatches autonomous drones for scene intelligence, and alerts emergency services — while the same network warns drivers of wildlife entering the corridor. Its evidence-and-automation platform, WATCHTOWER, turns video, transcripts, and field data into timestamped, auditable evidence and runs the company's local-first operations. A simulation-research track, FORGE, validates corridor-safety logic before it touches a live road. Every system is built on three principles: process locally, act only on verified events, and keep a human in the loop.

The safety statistics we cite — roughly 20,000 U.S. roadway-departure deaths a year (about 48% of traffic fatalities) and ~1.5 million wildlife-vehicle collisions a year — are drawn from public federal safety data. We're happy to point reporters to primary sources.

On the Record

Approved messaging

Mission, one line

“One network. Two missions. Human life always comes first.”

What VALKYRIE does

“Roadside sensing-to-response: detect a vehicle leaving the road, verify it, and alert emergency services in seconds — and warn drivers of wildlife on the same corridor.”

How we're different

“Privacy-first by hardware: no raw footage leaves the device, only verified event classifications — and a person stays in the loop on every consequential action.”

Company purpose

“Protecting every life on the American corridor — human first, then the wildlife that shares the road.”
